1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from ModsM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on ModsM are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful payment, customers receive access to download their purchased files.

3. License and Usage

Unless otherwise specified, all products are licensed for use on personal or commercial FiveM servers owned or managed by the purchaser.

You may:

• Install and use the products on your server.
• Modify open-source files for your own server.
• Use the products for commercial roleplay communities.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, leak, or give away any purchased files.
• Claim ownership of ModsM products.
• Upload purchased products to marketplaces, forums, Discord servers, or file-sharing platforms.
• Sell edited versions of ModsM products without written permission.

4. Open Source Products

Some products may be provided as open source. Open source access does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights. Customers may modify these products for personal use but may not redistribute or resell them.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind.
• Lack of technical knowledge.
• Failure to read product descriptions.
• Compatibility issues clearly disclosed before purchase.

Refund requests may be reviewed only in cases where the purchased product is proven to be completely non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

6. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product requirements before purchase. Product compatibility information is provided on individual product pages whenever applicable.

7. Support

ModsM provides reasonable installation and product-related support. Support does not include server development, custom scripting, third-party resource troubleshooting, or extensive modifications.

8. Instant Delivery

Products are delivered automatically after payment confirmation. Delivery delays caused by payment processors, hosting providers, or third-party services are outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on ModsM, including products, images, branding, logos, text, and website materials, remains the property of ModsM and its respective creators.

10. Limitation of Liability

ModsM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
