Digital Products

All products sold on ModsM are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are generally considered final once access to the files has been provided.

No Guaranteed Refunds

By purchasing from ModsM, you acknowledge that refunds are not guaranteed. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer automatic refunds.

Refund Requests

Refund requests may be submitted to our support team for review. Each request is evaluated individually based on the circumstances provided.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations, including but not limited to:

• The purchased product cannot be delivered.
• The product is proven to be completely unusable and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• A duplicate payment was made accidentally.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Changing your mind after purchase.
• Lack of technical knowledge or installation experience.
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
• Server configuration issues unrelated to the purchased product.
• Compatibility issues that were disclosed on the product page.
• Products that have already been downloaded or accessed.
• Requests made after modifying product files.
• Finding an alternative product elsewhere.

Support Before Refund

Before any refund request is considered, customers are expected to contact our support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Right to Refuse

ModsM reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee a refund.

Fraudulent Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers who initiate fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims after receiving digital products may have their access permanently revoked and may be restricted from future purchases.
