Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold on ModsM are digital goods delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only granted at the sole discretion of ModsM.

We may consider a refund request under limited circumstances, including but not limited to:

• The product is proven to be completely non-functional.
• The purchased product cannot be delivered.
• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind.
• Lack of technical knowledge.
• Failure to read the product description.
• Server incompatibilities disclosed before purchase.
• Products already downloaded or accessed.
• Requests made after modifying the product files.

Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed individually. ModsM reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.

Chargebacks

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks after receiving digital products may result in permanent suspension of access to our services and legal action where applicable.
